The Joseph

Pizzuti's commitment to the arts is evident in their private collection, which is among the top 200 in the world. It was only fitting that they locate their offices in The Short North Arts District. This vibrant district in downtown Columbus, Ohio began its renaissance in the 1980s, and is now home to dining, shopping, nightlife and galleries. It is also home to the Pizzuti Collection of contemporary art. The new Offices at The Joseph are part of a mixed-use development designed to offer a unique experience – a business setting embedded in a thriving artistic community that itself serves as a source of original and inspiring ideas.

Like a gallery, each floor in The Offices at The Joseph is different. While the tenants are an eclectic mix ranging from an international tech company to real estate offices and start-up entrepreneurs, they share an appreciation for workplace design and its impact on their employees. And each company expresses themselves through their curated work space. From glass installations designed to optimize access to natural light to high-end, European fixtures, every space incorporates custom installations and reflects an attention to detail. Pepper is proud to be part of a project so important to the community and honored to put our craftsmanship on display. We invite you to tour The Offices at The Joseph in the Short North Arts District.
