Safety Achievements

Over the past 80 years, Pepper has built a reputation as a leader in construction safety.  We have long been an active member in the OSHA/Builders Association Partnership, which leverages local involvement to increase safety on the job. This program brings awareness to program quality and effectiveness, the importance of statistical data and the value of building a safety culture.  Through the efforsts of all Pepper People, we have achieved Gold Level partnership, the highest level of participation.  This honor is a recognition of the company-wide commitment to safety, as seen in our safety performance.

We are proud to have been awarded the Builders Association's 2006 Most Improved Safety Program, and the 2007 and 2008 Safety Recognition Awards.  More importantly, Pepper has consistently lowered the severity and frequency of personal injury and accidents on our jobsites - our most important achievement.
