Safety Team

Pepper Illinois has five Safety Professionals on staff, dedicated to supporting our commitment to Safety.  Whether they are serving deep in an excavation or high atop a new structure, our Safety Professionals have the technical knowledge, experience and specialized equipment to train, mentor and equip our Teams.  They are also empowered to take any steps necessary to protect our people and keep improving our safety program. 

But a team of Professionals is not enough.  The Pepper Safety Team includes everyone from the apprentice stepping onto their first job site to the Chairman of the Board.
