Safety Team

Pepper Indiana's safety culture is promoted by the safety committee, which is made up of individuals at all levels of the company who are charged with planning, implementing, and evaluating safety throughout the company on a daily basis. The committee thoroughly reviews the safety program on an annual basis, and safety reminders and measures are communicated in a timely manner. Pepper Indiana's safety committee is led by operations managers and supported by the safety director and safety officers.
