Mike Grant, CIEC
As vice president with more than 28 years of experience, Mike Grant leads Pepper Environmental Technologies’ project teams and operations. He is responsible for the overall management of the company and its resources, which include underground storage tank assessment and remediation, lead based paint assessments and remediation, asbestos assessment and remediation, mold assessment and remediation and indoor air quality studies. Mike also conducts OSHA compliance training that includes confined space hazards, asbestos awareness and respiratory protection programs.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Environmental, Occupational Safety and Health, from Northern Illinois University. His licenses include Illinois Department of Public Health Licensed Project Manager - Licensed IDPH Asbestos Project Manager and Air Sampling Professional; Illinois Department of Public Health Licensed Building Inspector – Licensed IDPH Asbestos Building Inspector; and Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services Licensed Project Manager/Inspector. Mike is a Council Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC) and a Certified Microbial Investigator (CMI). He is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers and the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
