The Regional Headquarters of HSBC were named Build-to-Suit Project of the Year at the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards dinner, considered to be the industry's equivalent to the Oscars.  The award recognized a team of development professionals who have used innovation and resources to plan, design and execute the construction of special-use or owner-occupied buildings from the ground up.

Pepper Construction worked with Hamilton Partners, Wright Heerema Architects, Jones Lang LaSalle and UBS Realty Advisors to build the LEED-Gold Certified, five-story building for HSBC.
