Pepper Indiana Named 2009 Company of the Year by National Association of Women in Construction

Pepper Indiana received 2009 Company of the Year honors from the National Association of Women in Construction’s Indianapolis Chapter.  Pepper Indiana received the award for its continual support of NAWIC, the quality of its employee development opportunities, outstanding industry achievements and philanthropy.

In addition to the Company of the Year award, NAWIC also presented the 4-Most Member Award to Pepper Construction’s Amanda Reckerd, LEED AP and Project Engineer.  This award is given to a NAWIC member of two or more years who demonstrates outstanding leadership within the organization, the construction industry and the local community.
