Our History

Pepper Construction has been active in the state of Indiana for more than 20 years. The company's first projects were the $100 million main campus redevelopment and expansion for St. Vincent Hospital and Health Care Center in Indianapolis and the Nordstrom store at Circle Center Mall. Over the years, Pepper has established relationships with clients such as Clarian Health Partners, Simon Property Group and Elkhart General Hospital.

Pepper Construction Company of Indiana was officially established in 1995, and since then has grown to $202 million in projects and 200 full-time employees. Pepper Indiana consistently ranks among the top ten in the IBJ Book of Lists.
