Pepper is committed to developing our people to provide the highest level of service to our clients.  Our programs include the following:

  • Training curriculums for every position, to equip and cultivate skills. 

Pepper Indiana’s programs cover all aspects of working at Pepper, from OSHA and LEED accreditation to “soft” skills like negotiation and communication.  Our case study training, for example, teaches how to problem-solve and respond to real life situations, in the “Pepper” way.  All employees work through training programs that include cross-training and instruction on working as a team.
