Pepper Construction Company of Ohio is proud to announce that the law firm of Squire, Sanders and Dempsey, LLP earned LEED Gold Certification on construction of their new downtown Columbus, Ohio office. Pepper Construction teamed up with Squire, Sanders and Dempsey and Design Collective, Inc. to renovate this 77,000 square foot, multi-floor tenant space. The project is only 1 of 3 LEED Gold projects in Ohio and a first for Pepper Construction Company of Ohio.
