Pepper-Lawson Awarded $168 Million Southeast Water Plant

A Pepper-Lawson led joint venture has been selected by the City of Houston as its general contractor on the city's Southeast Water Plant.  The project entails an 80 million gallon per day (mgd) expansion and renovations to the existing 120 mgd plant.  This is the largest project of its kind ever built in Houston.
