Pepper-Lawson Selected as CM on Sam Houston State University Dorm

Sam Houston State University and Texas State University System have selected Pepper-Lawson as their CM at Risk on a new 100,000 square-foot, $14 million dormitory on the Sam Houston State University campus in Huntsville. Pre-construction services have commenced with a scheduled Spring 2010 construction start.
