Pepper-Lawson Starts $100 Million Calhoun Lofts

Pepper-Lawson's design/build team has started construction on the $100 million Calhoun Lofts, a new 10 story, 570,000 square-foot, 734 unit loft-style graduate and professional student housing complex on the main campus of the University of Houston.  Targeted to compete with developer projects in the Midtown, Downtown, and Galleria sections of Houston, Calhoun Lofts represents a major turn pointing the evolution of the University's main campus into a resident-focused series of living/learning villages.  Kirksey Architects is Pepper-Lawson's design partner on Calhoun Lofts.
