Pepper-Lawson Awarded Energy Research Park CM Contract
Pepper-Lawson has been selected by the University of Houston as its CM at Risk on the first phase of Energy Research Park, a new R&D facility for the energy industry. The 580,000 square foot redevelopment of the former Schlumberger corporate campus is located on I-45 south, near the main campus of the University of Houston system.
