Pepper was part of the construction of Titletown Flats, a seven-story, cold-form-metal framing structure in the Titletown District of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Titletown is a new community development just west of Lambeau Field that provides residents and visitors with opportunities to enjoy sports, music, dining and year-round activities. The development maximizes its great location to spur further regional economic growth, offer new amenities to residents and complement Greater Green Bay’s draw as an excellent location to live, work and play.

The 180,912-square-foot structure includes 152 apartment units ranging from studios to three bedrooms. Amenities include lounges, a bar, fitness spaces, a co-working area and a rooftop terrace. The design uses industrial brick and steel, wood and a color palette that reflects the natural beauty of northeastern Wisconsin. The residences were part of Titletown's second phase of development. Phase one included the four-diamond hotel Lodge Kohler, Hinterland Restaurant and Brewery, Bellin Health Titletown Sports Medicine & Orthopedics, TitletownTech, The Turn and Associated Bank.
