Hamilton Southeastern Schools Lantern Road Elementary

This 79,000-square-foot phased renovation will be the first major update to Hamilton Southeastern Schools' Lantern Road Elementary in nearly 30 years. Complexities include replacing a skylight that runs down the center of the roof and integrating a new mechanical system, all while the school remains occupied. Additional scope includes new flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, doors, lighting and a modest reconfiguration. A comprehensive preconstruction process in underway and construction is expected to commence in the spring of 2023.
