Recognizing that seniors wanted more choices for living options, Norwood redeveloped their existing retirement home facility in Chicago to create more flexibility in living arrangements. The new complex contains a total of more than 150 units spread throughout two buildings, each with their own community spaces and parking. The new facility has many options for living, including assisted living units, memory support units and skilled nursing units. This flexibility ensures the needs of each individual can be met to create a more comfortable living environment.
