Harrison Residence Hall was named after Benjamin Harrison, the 23rd President of the United States. It first opened in 1966 and maintained much of the original design. The design-build remodel of the restrooms on floors 1-8 included a complete gut and removal of existing finishes and mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems followed by build-back with a new design to code. Construction took place over the summer of 2014 and was completed before students arrived for the fall semester.
