Pepper proudly took on the challenge of renovating Chicago's historic Three Arts Club residential building into a new home for Restoration Hardware. The 1914 building required a complete interior demolition and build-out while keeping the exterior windows and masonry preserved and in compliance with the Landmarks Commission. The new RH Gallery brings the building back to life after being closed and unused since 2004, allowing guests to enjoy a truly unique urban retail and hospitality experience.

  • Addition of two elevators
  • Ground floor, atrium covered restaurant
  • Expanded basement to accommodate store rooms
  • Rooftop garden
  • Office space
  • Mechanical equipment
  • Pepper's Self Perform Group provided excavation, concrete and drywall services for this project.
