A projected increase in students and faculty inspired the addition and renovation of the Sycamore Dining Hall at Indiana State University in Terre Haute. The 40,000-sqaure-foot project features a dining capacity for 720 students, two new entrances, universal accessibility to all floors, new kitchen, finishes, MEP equipment and ADA upgrades. Early collaboration with all project participants led to significant cost and time savings.
