This 540,000-square-foot interior fit out, Project Galaxy, is currently under construction and is divided into two phases.
Recently completed Phase I is an 8,500-square-foot, $4.5 million fit-out with 6,000 square feet of office space, a shipping office, receiving office, guard shack, an additional parking lot, lighting and racking. Phase I also consists of supplementary HVAC units and high-volume low-speed (HVLS) fans designed to keep the warehouse area cool during the summer months.
The Pepper team recently commenced the construction of Phase II. This 125,000-square-foot, $10 million fit-out is for DB Schenker, a leading global logistics provider. Phase II includes a 20,000-square-foot office area and 105,000 square feet of climate-controlled manufacturing space with additional rooftop units, an added 8-megawatts of power and a demising wall surrounding the entire space. Phase II is scheduled to complete this Winter.
