CBRE Milwaukee

A 15,330-square-foot buildout for CBRE in Milwaukee. The commercial real estate company consolidated multiple offices to a new downtown location in the BMO Tower, a project Pepper completed in 2020.

The new space features conference rooms, huddle rooms, focus rooms and a production area. Amenity spaces include a wellness room, pantry and a lounge with a kegerator.

Pepper installed a cream-brick feature wall in the lobby as Milwaukee is nicknamed the Cream City for the light-colored bricks found throughout the city’s architecture. These bricks got their cream tint from the local clay used in manufacturing the bricks, which is found in the Menomonee River Valley and the Greater Milwaukee area.
