Caterpillar Distribution Center

Working with Pepper, Caterpillar has completed the design-build construction of a new warehouse and distribution center. The 310,000-square-foot building includes a 32-foot clear height, 10,000 square feet of office space, 24 docks, and a 140-space parking lot. Additionally, the facility has been constructed for the future expansion of up to 150,000 square feet.
