Our mission is to continuously improve people’s quality of life through the built world.

We established an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program that continues to advance a long standing vision for buildings that support both healthy occupants and a healthy planet. Our approach is integrated into how we manage risk, create long term value, and strengthen organizational resilience.

Through a disciplined process, we proactively identify and mitigate risks, enabling collaborative solutions to climate related stressors, evolving regulations, and supply chain disruptions. Annual reporting across 30 key metrics reinforces a strong culture of accountability, while advancing the program to measurable, integrated impacts. The path we chose supports a values driven legacy. Our framework brings structure, clarity, demonstrating that we care, we do the right thing, and we always find a way.

ESG

Pepper continues to advance a vision for buildings that promotes both healthy occupants and a healthy planet. These structures generate more energy than they consume, support inclusive workplaces and contribute positively to the communities they serve. As a result, the built environment can function as a resilient system, shifting from a net impact on the environment to a net benefit.

This past year, sustainability and inclusion were further embedded across governance, workforce practices and project delivery, reinforcing the principle that outcomes in the built environment must be reflected in how the company operates. This framework provides structure and accountability as the program matures and moves from foundational commitments toward measurable, integrated impact.
