Our 2025 Annual Review showcases Pepper’s commitment to community impact extending far beyond construction. From a transformative community center to cutting-edge aerospace testing facilities, each project demonstrates how thoughtful construction creates lasting, positive change. Whether delivering net-zero community health centers, specialized pediatric care facilities or world-class athletic training centers, we’re not just building structures—we’re building the future.

People-Powered Success

Every successful project starts with our people. This year, we invested heavily in comprehensive training programs, mentorship opportunities and cultural initiatives that help everyone reach their potential while fostering an environment where team members feel valued and connected. Our commitment to workforce development includes hiring local talent like Bridget Smith-Phillips, who joined as an project intern and became a permanent project engineer.
