This new 574,000-square-foot, ground-up facility serves as the anchor of the Fisher’s Life Sciences and Innovation Park and marks Stevanato Group’s only medical glass production site in the United States. Designed to support high-precision manufacturing, the facility features state-of-the-art production lines for EZ-Fill® glass syringes and vials, along with advanced research and development environments. Specialized areas include ISO 5, ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms and labs, Clean Not Certified labs, and dedicated quality control spaces. The building integrates complex systems such as a water-for-injection system, water recovery system, siphonic rooftop drainage, and fully coordinated MEP/FP systems using BIM. Beyond production, the facility supports Stevanato Group’s operational needs with modern offices, training and conference areas, an after-sales support center, a showroom, and staff amenities including a kitchen/canteen and break rooms. As part of the project, Pepper Construction also delivered the site infrastructure for the broader research park.
