Waldorf Astoria, Public Space and Suite Renovation

The scope of work encompassed the refurbishment of all 200 existing guestroom suites and guestroom corridors, with particular emphasis on painting, carpeting, wall coverings. The renovation extended to the complete overhaul and reconstruction of the presidential suite and Astoria suite, involving the installation of premium-grade finishes, new millwork, and redesigned layouts. The project also involved a comprehensive renovation of the lobby lounge and hotel bar, alongside updated finishes in the restaurant and spa areas.
