At Pepper Construction, we know we are better together.
This year, we are once again joining our colleagues and peers across the construction industry to celebrate Construction Inclusion Week. The theme for 2025 is “Opening Doors, Building an Industry for Everyone.” While we recognize the growing need for skilled professionals, including craftspeople, engineers and visionary leaders, we also want to take time to recognize the people at Pepper – and our partners and clients – who are working tirelessly to improve today and transform tomorrow.

As a result, we are continuing to grow and create new opportunities across our network of locations. We invite you to check back here this week to learn more about what our team members are doing to celebrate Customer Inclusion Week. In Illinois, one of our first activities of the week was a luncheon where we discussed what makes the Pepper Construction team the family we have become today. In addition, we completed a round of “Get to Know Your Co-Worker” bingo. Team members were instructed to walk around the office and connect a co-worker to a statement on their bingo card. Each co-worker could only be used once. Congratulations to our three winners who filled in all their squares!
Later in the week, members of our community were invited to a training session designed for XBEs, focused on building meaningful partnerships with Pepper Construction and discovering new opportunities within our company. The session wrapped up with a networking event to connect, collaborate and grow together.
