The theme for 2025 is “Opening Doors, Building an Industry for Everyone.” While we recognize the growing need for skilled professionals, including craftspeople, engineers and visionary leaders, we also want to take time to recognize the people at Pepper – and our partners and clients – who are working tirelessly to improve today and transform tomorrow.
