Thank you week 2025

With our projects and our people, Pepper believes in a “big picture” approach. Together we set goals, collaborate on plans and provide the support required to achieve them. Our organization is shaped by the diverse communities where we build and the unique individuals who work with us, and that makes Pepper Construction a home for everyone. From the fresh faces on our growing team to our seasoned veterans and partners, we believe it is important to take a moment during this season of gratitude to pause and offer a heartfelt “thank you.”

Working in the construction industry is not easy. It comes with unique risks and challenges that require special care, time and attention. That’s why Thank You Week 2025 is about more than just appreciation for what happens within our walls. It is also about recognizing the people outside of Pepper who support and care for our team members every day.

This spirit of gratitude touches everyone and everything around us, and it reflects the values we hold close as a Pepper family: doing the right thing, finding a way and always caring. These behaviors are lived out by both our immediate team and our extended network.
