200 South Wacker Drive Entry and Lobby Renovation

First impressions matter, and the ownership team at 200 South Wacker knew it was time to make a stronger one. We were brought in to transform the building’s entry and north lobby into a space that reflects the quality of a premier downtown Chicago address.

The 3,000-square-foot renovation covers two key areas: a new main-entry canopy on the northeast corner of Adams and Wacker, and a full upgrade of the north lobby. The scope included new lighting, updated finishes, custom millwork, architectural elements and new furniture throughout.
