CBRE Corporate Offices - Oakbrook

Pepper completed a 25,000 s.f. buildout of CBRE's suburban Chicago office in Oak Brook, Illinois.  As part of the company's relocation from the fourth floor to the second floor of its existing building, the new workplace features open-office workstations, a variety of conference rooms, and flexible work and focus rooms. It also includes support pantries and storage areas, copy/print stations, a tech hub and server room and ample collaboration space. The project pursued LEED and Fitwel certifications and was completed in August 2024. Building on successful office renovations for CBRE in Milwaukee and Indianapolis, this jobsite reflects Pepper's strong partnership with the CBRE project management team.
