Pepper is proud to have partnered with the Chicago Fairmont Hotel to deliver Toro, a high-end Latin-themed restaurant. Building on our previous renovation work, we transformed two smaller restaurants into one vibrant space featuring a wraparound drink bar, a dedicated ceviche bar, open-flame ranges, and rotisseries. The design embraces a Latin aesthetic with natural wood finishes and bold bull motifs, creating a warm and distinctive ambiance. A new sidewalk-level entrance now welcomes hotel guests and neighborhood visitors, making Toro a standout destination in downtown Chicago.
