This approximately 35,000-square-foot addition and renovation enhances Holy Cross Lutheran Church and School with new classrooms and a dedicated children’s ministries area designed to support a growing congregation and student population. The project includes an expanded gymnasium featuring a regulation-size court with volleyball and pickleball striping, providing flexible recreational and community-use space.

Additional improvements include a new kitchen, a welcoming coffee bar and updated restroom facilities, all designed to improve functionality and user experience. The two-story, wood-framed addition incorporates an attic-level floor that allows for efficient access to MEP systems, supporting long-term maintenance and adaptability.

This project represents Pepper’s sixth collaboration with Holy Cross Lutheran Church and School, reflecting a strong, ongoing partnership built on trust, quality and shared commitment to the community.
