An interior buildout designed to create a more open, collaborative work environment, the project features circular-shaped “town centers” within the general office space, acting as shared spaces for pantry, copy, mail satellites, conference rooms, storage and IDF closets. Work also includes upgraded main reception area, executive “briefing” centers with sophisticated audio/visual capabilities and a training center. In addition to six-inch raised floors for tenant power and data requirements, Pepper also upgraded mail, LAN, server and other support spaces to ensure the facilities could hand the extensive technology needed at an IBM workplace.
