Old Republic Surety

The project involves the renovation of three separate suites totaling 31,521 square feet.  The two suites on the first floor consist of 9,412 square feet of main reception, conference and IT space as well as an open office workspace. The 22,109 square-foot third-floor suite, which houses the main company operations, includes executive offices and conference space, training facilities, a kitchenette, employee congregation and open office workstations.
