The Purdue University Life Sciences Phenotyping Greenhouse is currently under construction on Purdue University’s campus and will deliver a new 20,000-square-foot, phenotyping-enabled greenhouse to support advanced agricultural and life sciences research. Developed in collaboration with long-term client Purdue University, the project is designed to expand controlled environment research capabilities. The scope of work includes the demolition of two existing greenhouse ranges followed by construction of a state-of-the-art greenhouse equipped with specialized conveyor systems. These conveyors will enable efficient transport of plants between the new greenhouse and the Ag Alumni Seed Controlled Environment Phenotyping Facility (AAPF), enhancing research workflows and data collection. The facility will provide Purdue University with a highly specialized research environment that supports innovation in plant science, phenotyping and agricultural technology.
