Construction of a 125,000-square-foot addition and renovating approximately 37,000 square feet of the existing facility at Purdue University. The project created a new home for Purdue’s College of Agricultural and Biological Engineering, supporting advanced research, instruction, and collaboration.
The expansion includes a high-bay space and specialized environments for cell and molecular biology, wet chemistry, bio-process equipment and computing research, along with dedicated teaching and support spaces. The lower floors enhance hands-on learning, while the upper levels provide flexible, technology-forward research space.
Pepper collaborated closely with the design team during preconstruction, performing structural analysis and exterior laser scanning to support precise envelope coordination and inform design decisions.
