Pepper's recently completed distribution center project is home to the world’s largest package delivery company - UPS. The renovation was part of UPS’ plan to better support their existing customers and create capacity. The campus now has access to over 60 percent of the U.S. population within two days via UPS Ground and 64 percent using UPS Freight.

The renovation included a 4,000-square-foot build-out of office space and 1,000 square feet of warehouse break areas and secured entrances. The entire site boasts a total of 273,000 square feet, adding to the 1.25 million-square-foot Hebron Campus. Warehouse upgrades included new lighting, battery charging stations, summer ventilation systems and dock restraints. Pepper also added a concrete patio break area and 50 additional parking spaces.
