Fieldhouse Flats is a $77 million mixed-use development in downtown Milwaukee bringing together 269 workforce housing apartments, 40,000 square feet of commercial space, a 278-stall parking structure and a shared athletic training facility for Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC).

At the center of the development is a state-of-the-art MATC fieldhouse with a full basketball court and student athletic facilities, creating a daily hub of activity in the heart of the city. With average rents projected at approximately $1,059 per month, roughly half of comparable market rates, the project delivers affordable housing for the teachers, city workers and service professionals who keep Milwaukee running.

The project includes 40% Residence Preference Program participation, 25% SBE and MBE involvement and more than $40 million in WHEDA tax credits. Pepper partnered with EUA Architects and leveraged two years of preconstruction experience to build the project in partnership with the Milwaukee Bucks and J. Jeffers & Co.
