The renovation of 7,500 square feet of existing casino space into a new poker room, sportsbook and bar at Grand Victoria Casino, a Caesars Entertainment property in Elgin, Illinois. The project included demolition, framing, custom millwork and upgraded finishes throughout. Leveraging extensive gaming industry experience, Pepper provided multiple rounds of budgeting and value engineering to align the project vision with budget goals. The team also utilized virtual construction technology to coordinate a custom millwork bar and gaming infrastructure, supporting Grand Victoria's first land-based sportsbook operation following Illinois gaming legislation approval.
