Motor Werks Cadillac Dealership

Pepper partnered with Motor Werks to deliver a new 40,000-square-foot Cadillac showroom and service center in Barrington, Illinois. The project includes a 20,000-square-foot service facility, extensive site earthwork, retaining walls and infrastructure to support electric vehicle charging stations. High-end showroom features include custom metal panel systems and Cadillac-branded lighting elements consistent with dealerships nationwide. Additional work includes a precast plank mezzanine for parts storage and permeable paver parking areas designed for vehicle display, creating a premium customer experience while supporting long-term operational needs.
