Originally built in 1970, the former Washington Township Fire Station was in dire need of facility upgrades to maintain operations. Pepper served as the construction manager for the demolition of the original facility and construction of the new, state-of-the-art, 12,000-square-foot station. The new station is designed to serve the needs of a 24/7/365 operation, complete with a commercial-quality kitchen, workout facility and training area.
