Pepper Construction delivered an 11,000-square-foot transformation at the JW Marriott, revitalizing the main lobby, elevator lobby, lounge, lounge bar, and fully gutting and rebuilding the former OP restaurant. The reimagined Deans restaurant features a full cocktail bar, oyster bar, a 160-seat main dining room, and a 28-seat private dining space. The restaurant, named for Dean White, pays tribute to the family’s legacy while delivering an elevated dining experience.

This project followed our successful renovation of High Velocity, the hotel’s sports bar, where our performance helped earn the opportunity to complete this next major phase of improvements. We remained dedicated to the client’s priorities, from meeting an accelerated schedule to ensuring professional execution and preserving seamless hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
