The Labcorp Central Laboratories Services Facility is a 611,000-square-foot laboratory, warehouse and office complex developed for Labcorp, a global laboratory services leader. The $300 million facility features a two-story east wing with office and advanced laboratory spaces, including BSL-2 and BSL-3 labs and a single-story west wing dedicated to kitting production, warehouse operations and a central utility plant. Designed to support growth and operational efficiency, the project includes adaptable laboratories with mobile benching, collaborative spaces, a full kitchen and dining plaza, PPE stations and parking. This strategic investment expands Labcorp’s laboratory footprint and enhances its ability to deliver integrated, technology-driven laboratory services worldwide.
