BMW Training Center

BMW’s Schaumburg training facility received a comprehensive renovation. We updated the 20,000-square-foot space to better serve technicians and customers alike, with work spanning the full footprint of the existing building.

The scope included height modifications to existing training bays and the installation of additional bays to expand training capacity. The remaining space was reconfigured for a more efficient lobby layout, with upgrades throughout to enhance the overall customer experience. Our Integrated Construction Services group supported the project with investigative services and clash detection, given the scope included substantial roof work and a structural extension.
