CNO Chicago Interior Renovation

Our relationship with CNO Financial Group goes back to 2012, and this project is a continuation of a partnership built on trust and consistent delivery. When CNO decided to relocate its Chicago office to 303 East Wacker Drive, they came back to us to build out the new space. 

The 32,825-square-foot buildout transforms a single floor into a modern workplace with views of the Chicago River and Navy Pier. The scope includes demountable office and conference room fronts, full-height millwork, pivot panels and a new café that takes full advantage of the waterfront setting. The result is a space that reflects CNO’s identity while giving their team a workplace worth coming to every day.
