Rush North & Harlem Medical Office Building

Pepper completed a 62,000-square-foot interior buildout for Rush in Chicago, creating a comprehensive outpatient healthcare facility. The project included multi-specialty clinical office space, a diagnostic imaging center, an immediate care center, laboratory services, a breast imaging center, pharmacy distribution space and approximately 8,845 square feet of clinical office space for Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush.

Completed in 2025, the project expanded Rush's outpatient care capabilities while providing a modern, patient-focused environment designed to support a wide range of healthcare services.
