Pepper completed a 17,000-square-foot, multiphase renovation of the sixth floor at Swedish Hospital, part of the Endeavor Health system, in Chicago's Lincoln Square neighborhood. The project transformed the existing space into a modern Cancer Center designed to support the growing healthcare needs of the community.
The renovation included a new compounding pharmacy, exam rooms and treatment spaces that enhance the patient experience while expanding the hospital's cancer care capabilities. Building on a relationship spanning more than 27 years and over 500,000 square feet of additions and renovations, Pepper partnered with Swedish Hospital, Endeavor Health and Integrated Facilities Solutions to deliver a state-of-the-art environment for patient care.
