Indiana University Health Fort Wayne Hospital and Medical Office Building

This new five-story, 295,000-square-foot full-service hospital will become IU Health’s first hospital in the City of Fort Wayne, expanding access to comprehensive care for the region. The project also includes a 50,000-square-foot medical office building featuring departmental offices and essential primary care services. Thoughtfully planned for seamless patient and staff flow, the hospital and medical office building will be connected across all three floors of the MOB, creating an integrated campus that supports coordinated care and an enhanced patient experience.
