The IU Health Lifeline Headquarters project delivered a centralized, state-of-the-art emergency medical services facility supporting both air and ground operations. The completed facility features administrative offices, education and training spaces, ground and air fleet maintenance areas, in-service vehicle storage, warehouse space, and advanced communications infrastructure. Designed to improve operational efficiency and emergency response coordination, the new headquarters consolidated IU Health Lifeline operations previously housed at Gasoline Alley and the downtown Heliport, strengthening readiness and lifesaving capabilities across the region.
